We all know how frustrating it can be when you are having trouble hearing. We do our very best each service to ensure that our audio is as loud as possible without being over-driven and distorted. I know some have expressed they still have trouble hearing and they turn the volume up all of the way. There is nothing we can do on our end to make it any louder without distorting the audio and causing it to be less clearer.![]()

Here are a few suggestions to try if you are not able to hear as well as you want to.![]()

1.) Make sure you are not relying on your phone speakers since many phones are very limited in the quality of audio from the very tiny speakers.![]()

2.) If you use your phone, connect your phone to a Bluetooth speaker or use an audio cable to a powered speaker. You should be able to get the volume up louder for your phone and the external speaker.![]()

3.) If your laptop has small and low quality speakers, you can use external PC speakers that have a volume control and you should get better results.![]()

4.) Watch us from Youtube using your TV through the Youtube app on your TV or by casting from Youtube on your phone or laptop to your TV. (Takes some technical knowledge, but is the best way to watch!)![]()

5.) Make sure the volume control on the video is all the way up. No matter if you use Facebook, Youtube, or right from our website, the speaker icon volume control should be as high as it can go.![]()

6.) Make sure the Media Volume or Main Volume is up high enough on your phone, tablet, PC, or TV.![]()

That about all I can suggest and do try these suggestions on one of our past live streams on Facebook, Youtube, or our website. There are past services on all three places to listen to and it makes no difference watching live versus a recording.

Access Our Digital Church Directory
Our digital church directory is accessible by everyone at Harvest Fellowship who is listed in the directory with an email address. See below for the two main ways to access our church directory and where to get a printable PDF copy to print at home.
Online Website from Your PC
You can go to the Instant Church Directory website by clicking the View Now button and coming back to this tab to follow the instructions below.

- Once there, click on the button that says, “First time signing in? Create Login”
- Enter your email address that you would have given to us for our records
- Create a password at least 8 characters long AND has at least 2 of the following special characters: Capital letters, Numbers or Symbols
- Click the Submit button and check your email inbox for a confirmation email and click the link to verify your email address
- Then you can go back to the website and sign in with your email address and password
Mobile App from Your Phone
You can use the app store on your smart phone to install the Instant Church Directory app for convienient access by following the steps below.

- Open your phone’s app store and search for the “Instant Church Directory” app
- Install it and open it
- If you already created a login from the website, then click the “SIGN IN” button and enter your email address and password
- If you did not create a login on here before, then click the “CREATE LOGIN” button
- Enter your email address that you would have given to us for our records
- Create a password at least 8 characters long AND has at least 2 of the following special characters: Capital letters, Numbers or Symbols
- Click the “CREATE LOGIN” button and check your email inbox for a confirmation email and click the link to verify your email address
- Go back to the app on your phone and sign in with your email address and password
Downloadable and Printable Full-Color Directory
You can download a PDF version of the directory to print out a hardcopy, if you’d like. The PDF file will be locked with a password for sercurity purposes and privacy. Please email harvestfellowshipoffice@gmail.com or call the church at (717) 336-5644 to request the password. The password will only be given out to church members already listed in the church directory. It is very important to us to maintain everyone’s privacy.
